THE TALE

The collages in this series were created as an exercise of memory. Each represents a moment or place in my past that I find important. Each collage, through its creation, allowed me to relive the moment depicted. I began each collage by painting paper with acrylic paint. Then, through a process of cutting, layering, and pasting, I built up an image capable of conjuring a specific moment in time.
