The customer will be refunded in full minus shipping costs once the artwork / art object has arrived at Bird & Tale’s location in Chicago.
If one of our items is returned due to damages that happened during shipping, B&T will recommend the Artist to restore, or replace the item, and B&T will cover shipping costs to/from the artist studio back to the customer.
