Yuki means “snow” in Japanese. She is inspired by the legend of a mythical snow woman from the north of Japan, and her dress invokes traditional Japanese calligraphy.

B&T has a 14-day return policy. Whenever an artwork/ art object does not satisfy upon arrival, the customer should notify B&T, and a return protocol will be set forth. The customer will be refunded in full minus shipping costs once the artwork/ art object has arrived at Bird & Tale’s location in Chicago.
If one of our items is returned due to damages that happened during shipping, B&T will recommend the Artist to restore, or replace the item, and B&T will cover shipping costs to/from the artist studio back to the customer.
